Lemon Zucchini Bread

I had (have) a boatload of zucchini that I needed to use. A little looking on the handy little boards on Pinterest found me this Lemon Zucchini Bread recipe.

I love lemon anything.

Do you know this stuff? I love it. No need to go out an buy buttermilk for a recipe and then not use the rest. This stuff goes in with the dry ingredients and water goes in the wet. Instant buttermilk.

  Although he doesn’t look thrilled – he did like it quite a bit but he did think it was a bit too lemony.
