We made our annual trek to Aquaboggin a few weeks ago. I can’t believe it took us this long to get there. It has been such a busy summer that my summer bucket list gets longer without actually checking anything off. It is so hard to cram so much into a few short months.
We extended the invitation to join us to some of our friends and family. We were pleased when we had some takers. We met up with Donna (Nana), Carrie, Mya, Faye, Noelle and Ben. Good times surrounding yourself with folks who really don’t care what you look like in a bathing suit (at least I hope they don’t!) :)
We spent a very little amount of time actually in the kiddie area. We spent the majority of time in the wave pool jumping the waves. Alec and Mya could not get enough of it. The rest of the time was spent in the swimming pool. Ben was the only one who enjoyed going down the kiddie slide. The kids got along really well and with enough adults –we could spit up to appease all.
It was a good day and it tuckered us out properly. Another item checked off the summer bucket list.
