Flying a kite

It’s seems rare we have a Saturday with few plans…or no plans. We took advantage of a windy day and of that free time (I dragged Erik away from some random house project) and went to Bayview to fly a kite or two.

     And the picture I posted on Facebook the other day. I took it with my phone while holding the kite. That is harder than you think!

 

 

Alec forgot how much he liked the beach. As always we had to force him off of it with threats of early bed time, no screen time and the like. He could have spent the rest of the day there. It was still a little too chilly for Erik & I.
