Alec and I drove to Old Town Saturday morning early enough to catch the parade. Debbie, Jeff, Nick, Alec and I headed over to our usual spot at Grandfather Winter’s house to visit with Chris and Alan and watch the parade. Alec and Nick were pretty excited.

Katie’s class float (they won). I thought it was silly that the title /book was sideways until she pointed out that the book is suppose to be open and the house and everyone on the float are popping out of the book. Clever once I understood.
Adam’s class float was The Wizard of Oz. It needed some work.
The freshman did The Hungry Caterpillar. It was super cute. The butterfly’s wings actually moved. Very cool.
Katie’s not a Tuba player, she just plays one in a parade!
Which one is Adam? Oh, right…..the one undressing!
