while leaving the mall the other day.
Something that has never happened to me with Alec (that I can remember).
He stopped walking and wouldn’t move.
Would not budge.
Nothing.
Nada.
He just sat.
And not on a bench.
Nope.
In the middle of floor.
The busy, dirty mall floor.
So I did the only thing I could think of.
I silently, patiently sat on a bench and waited.
Oh, and I took pictures.
I wish I had been able to to snap the reactions of people who had to walk around him.
Interestingly most people did not look around to see if he was with anyone.
They just looked down at him, moved to the side and kept walking.
And just like that he got up, came over and said he was ready to go.
Since he starting walking - I have been chasing him.
This was an interesting perspective.
I guess for a moment we both just took it all in.
