This week Hilary and Alec joined me for pick-up on the farm. (although for some strange reason- I have no pic’s of Hilary?!)
Alec even found some trucks – I think he saw those and felt immediately at home there.
Our bounty….
This week's harvest:
Strawberries
Lettuce
Spinach
Kohlrabi
Bok Choi
Cabbage
Radishes
Hakurei Salad Turnips
Extra basil and tomato seedlings
The spinach, lettuce, radishes, turnips went right into tonight’s dinner salad with leftovers for lunch tomorrow at work. I also see another Cole Slaw in our future….maybe over the holiday weekend.
