We read Journey of the Pioneer last week. Alec picked it out at the library. I had no idea he was interested in early settlement stories. Maybe he wasn’t…maybe he just like the cover…but he is interested now. We had to talk about early settling out west and the Indian settlements and he was inspired to create his own settlement (I had to help of course.)
You will notice the little yellow tube sticking out of the canoe….that’s to make it “go turbo”. Pretty clever and creative.
We are in the process of adding more tents (or teepees if we can get creative enough).
