On this cold and rainy Monday, Alec and I pulled out the baking gear to kill some time. Oddly..my 1 can of pumpkin turned into 2. Not sure how that happened?! I do love pumpkin!
My trusty helper was ready….
I mean the mixer not the young one. :) He seems to always get into trouble while we cook. Like this…..
I think he got it all.
I over filled the pans. Oops!
Way too much on one of them!
But they still came out pretty tasty!
